The Miralo dietary supplement is a combination of two plant extracts: ashwagandha extract and saffron mole extract. The ashwaghanda extract used in Miralo is standardized for the content of vitalinolides. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), thanks to its adaptogenic properties, supports the body's resistance to stress and traumatic experiences. It helps to maintain mental balance and emotional stability. Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) helps in relaxation and helps maintain a positive mood. Miralo is intended to be used once a day.

Components

Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) standardized for min. 7% withanolides; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; saffron stigma extract (Crocus sativus L.) standardized for min. 12% safromotivines, 3% crocin and 2% safranal; glazing agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids. Information about allergens: may contain fish and fish derivatives.

1 capsule contains: Ashwagandha Withania somnifera 250mg extract (standardized for min.7% withanolides) (including min.17.5 mg withanolides), Crocus sativus 28mg saffron stain extract (standardized for min.12% safromotivines, 3 % crocin and 2% safranal) (including min 3.36 mg safromotivines, 0.84 mg crocin and 0.56 mg safranal).
