Relief of symptoms of haemorrhoidal disease occurring in the first phase of the disease, characterized by mild pain and itching.

1 g of gel contains: active substances: 50 mg of extract (in the form of dry extract) from Aesculus hippocastanum L., cortex (chestnut bark) (40-90: 1) (extraction solvent: methanol 90% v / v), 5 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride (Lidocaini hydrochloridum) and auxiliary substances: saponin (from Quillaja), chamomile oil, Peruvian balm, carbomer, purified water, sodium hydroxide, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, bronopol.

Anesthetic, astringent, mild anti-inflammatory.

Rectal administration. Adults: unless the doctor tells you otherwise, use the attached cannula to apply the gel to the affected area or press about 0.5 - 1.0 g into the rectum (a gel strip about 2 cm long), 2-3 times a day until it subsides acute symptoms. Thereafter, the dose can be reduced by applying the gel once daily. The drug should be used until symptoms disappear.

If you are allergic to the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, if you are allergic to amide local anesthetics, e.g. lidocaine, bupivacaine, mepivacaine, if you are allergic to Asteraceae plants. Do not use in people under 18 years of age.
