Dietary supplement containing folic acid, thiamine (vitamin B1) and vitamins B6 and B12. Thiamin contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism and also helps to maintain proper psychological functions. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and helps maintain the proper metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamin B12 helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness.
