indications:

Xylogel 0,05% is applied topically to the nose as an adjunct to:
- acute rhinitis of viral or bacterial origin;
- acute or chronic worsening sinusitis;
- allergic rhinitis;
- acute otitis media - to open the Eustachian tube.

Features:

Xylogel 0.05% in the form of a gel contains xylometazoline hydrochloride. When applied to the nasal mucosa, it causes the narrowing of blood vessels, reduces swelling and congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and reduces the amount of secretions, i.e. soothes a runny nose.
In addition, the preparation, due to the fact that it is in the form of a gel, moisturizes the nasal mucosa and does not drip to the bottom of the nasal cavity and the throat. Xylogel 0.05% is intended for use in children aged 3 to 12 years.

Directions for use:

Each time before using the preparation, remove the protective cap.
Before using a new bottle for the first time, after removing the cap, press the dispenser 3-5 times until the preparation appears.
Insert the tip of the dispenser into the nostril. While holding the bottle upright, press down on the dispenser to spray the dose into your nose.

Children from 3 to 12 years of age: Usually 1 dose of gel in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours.
Do not use doses higher than recommended.
Do not use for more than 3 to 5 days.

Composition:

The active substance is xylometazoline hydrochloride, 1 g of nasal gel contains 0.5 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are: sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium diphosphate monohydrate, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride solution, sorbitol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glycerol, purified water.
