ESPUMISAN 40MG 25 CAPS is anti-flatulence preparation.
Dosage
School children and adults: 2 capsules 3-4 times a day,
In preparing patients for diagnostic tests in the abdominal cavity: 2 capsules 3 times a day on the day before the test and 2 capsules in the morning, on an empty stomach on the day of the test.
Composition
(1 capsule): 40 mg of simethicone.Excipients: methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, sunset yellow S (E110)
Action
Simetikon reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles contained in food and gastrointestinal mucus, causing them to burst and be absorbed by the intestinal walls or expelled. During ultrasound and radiological examinations of the stomach, intestines, pancreas, gallbladder and kidneys, it prevents the overlap of gases and foaming food contents on the image of the examined organs. Simetikon is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and is excreted unchanged.indications

Contraindications
