Indications

Prevention of myocardial infarction, thromboembolic complications after vascular interventions, prevention of stroke, thromboembolic complications after recent myocardial infarction, angina pectoris.

Composition

1 tablet contains: 30 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), stearic acid, quinole yellow, lake (E104).

Action

Inhibiting the ability of platelets to aggregate and form blood clots.

Dosage

The doctor decides about the selection of a unit dose of 30 mg, 50 mg or 75 mg based on an interview. The tablets should be taken orally, preferably with a meal and plenty of liquid.

Contraindications

In case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active substance - acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates or any component of the preparation, in patients with hemorrhagic diathesis, in patients with active gastric and / or duodenal ulcer disease, in patients with severe liver failure, in patients with severe renal failure, in patients with severe heart failure, in patients with a history of bronchial asthma attacks, caused by the administration of salicylates or substances with a similar effect, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations, concomitantly with methotrexate in doses of 15 mg per week or more, in the last trimester of pregnancy, in children up to 12 years of age in the course of viral infections due to the risk of Reye's syndrome - a rare but serious disease that causes damage to the liver and brain.
