Recommended intake

To supplement the daily diet with iron and vitamins: adults and children over 12 years of age - 1 tablet a day. People with an increased need for iron and women during pregnancy, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding and perimenstrual period, and people in the course of increased physical activity: adults - 1 tablet 2 times a day.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, iron II fumarate, zinc gluconate, glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cyanocobalamin, starch, retinyl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, pterocellulose brown cochineal, glazing agents: carnauba wax and white beeswax.
