Acti Vita-miner is a set of vitamins and minerals important for health and proper functioning of the body, enriched with lutein from the flower of the erect marigold. Vitamin C, B6, B12, folates, iron and zinc help in the proper functioning of the immune system. Iodine, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, B12, biotin, vitamin C help in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin and zinc help maintain proper vision. Zinc, iodine, niacin, riboflavin, and biotin help maintain healthy skin, and zinc and biotin are important for healthy hair. The ingredients of the preparation also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6, B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin C, iron) and help protect cells against oxidative stress (zinc, vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin).
