Aliness Natural Ashwagandha 9% 600 mg is an innovative dietary supplement standardized for 8% withanolides, 1% alcoids - 9% in total and 0.5% vitaferin A. Ashwagandha, also known as withania sonifera, is an Ayurvedic herb that is classified as an adaptogen for its ability to relieve stress and contribute to the body's immunity. Ashwagandha comes from the arid subtropical climate of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. It is easily grown in a temperate climate (an all-season plant). The roots of Withania somnifera mainly consist of compounds known withanolides that have unique health-promoting properties. The vitanolides are similar, both in action and in appearance, to the active ingredients of Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), known as ginsenosides.
