Properties:

Aliness Prena Complete Care for pregnant and breastfeeding women is a comprehensive supplementary support for women throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. The product provides nutrients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP) - vitamin D, folic acid (in the form of active folate) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - which favorably affect the development of a child in the prenatal period and breastfeeding. The composition of the product has also been extended with vitamins and minerals that additionally support the body of the future mother - support the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and hormonal balance, and help maintain the proper level of homocysteine, contributing to the safe course of pregnancy.

Selenium helps in the proper production of thyroid hormones and its proper functioning.

Magnesium helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Vitamin B12 is involved in the process of cell division and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness.

Vitamin D affects the proper functioning of the immune system and the proper growth and development of bones in children.

Use:
