Indications.

• ventricular tachycardia, which poses a threat to the life of the patient: treatment must be started in a hospital with constant monitoring of the patient's condition;
• symptomatic ventricular tachycardia (documented), which leads to disability;
• supraventricular tachycardia (documented), which requires treatment, and in cases where other preparations have no therapeutic effect or are contraindicated;
• ventricular fibrillation.

• slowing or decreasing atrial fibrillation or flutter.
• Ischemic heart disease and / or dysfunction of the left ventricle.

Contraindications.

• class Ia antiarrhythmic preparations (quinidine, hydroquinidine, disopyramide)
• class III antiarrhythmic preparations (sotalol, dofetilide, ibutilide)
• other preparations such as arsenic compounds, bepridil, cisapride, citalopram, escitalopram, diphemanil, dolasetron (intravenous), domperidone, dronedarone, erythromycin (intravenous), levofloxacin, mechitazine, mizolastine, vincamine (intravenous), moxifloxacin, prucalopride, spiramycin ( intravenously), toremifene (see section "Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction");
• telaprevir;
• cobicistat.
