The dietary supplement Baksokolin contains two important active ingredients: Bacopamone and Citicoline.

Bacopamonnieri is a medicinal plant used to improve memory and stimulate mental activity. The active components of the extract - bacosides and bacopazidi - have experimentally confirmed antioxidant, neuroprotective and nootropic properties, that is, they found the ability to protect nerve cells in adverse conditions and stimulate cognitive (cognitive) functions - memory, attention, learning ability.

Citicoline is an organic compound with a complex molecular structure; it is normally present in the cells of a healthy person. It is formed during the production of phosphatidylcholine, the main component for the biosynthesis of phospholipids in cell membranes. Citicoline is also a donor of cytidine and choline, from which acetylcholine is synthesized in the brain - the main neurotransmitter of cognitive processes.

Peculiarities

Citicoline enhances the effect of levodopa. Do not take at the same time as products containing meclofenoxate. In conditions with bradycardia, thyroid diseases, it is advisable to consult a doctor before using the Baksokolin product.

There is no experience of use in pregnant women, lactating women and children.
