Product description

Beloderm cream - for external use. It has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, anti-allergic, vasoconstrictor, anti-exudative and anti-proliferative effect.

When applied to the surface of the skin, the preparation has a quick and strong effect in the inflammation focus, reducing the severity of objective symptoms (erythema, swelling, lichenification) and subjective sensations (itching, irritation, pain).

Indications:

The conditions under which therapy with topical corticosteroids is effective, including:

• Atopic dermatitis.
• Neurodermatitis.
• Allergic contact dermatitis.
• Eczema (various forms).
• Contact dermatitis (including professional).
• Non-allergic dermatitis (including solar and radiation dermatitis).
• Reactions to insect bites.
• Psoriasis.
• Bullous dermatosis.
• Discoid lupus erythematosus.
• Red lichen planus.
• Exudative erythema multiforme.
• Pruritus of various etiologies.

Contraindications:

• Lupus.
• Skin manifestations of syphilis.
• Chickenpox.
• Viral, bacterial and fungal infections of the skin.
• Skin vaccine reactions.
• Open wounds.
• Trophic ulcers.
• Rosacea.
• Acne vulgaris.
• Tumors of the skin and subcutaneous structures.
• Children's age up to 6 months.
• Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or to any of the auxiliary components of the preparation.

Suggested Use:

Externally, applied to the affected skin with a thin layer, slightly rubbing, 2 times a day. On areas with more dense skin (elbows, palms, feet), as well as places from which the preparation is easily erased, it can be applied more often. The duration of the continuous course of treatment is usually no more than 4 weeks. To prevent recurrence in the treatment of chronic diseases, treatment should continue for some time after the disappearance of all symptoms. During the year, repeated therapy may be repeated.

In the form of a cream, the preparation is intended for the treatment of acute, incl. weeping, skin lesions. The ointment is used for the treatment of sub-acute and chronic dermatoses, incl. dry, lichenized and flaky lesions or in cases where an occlusive action is necessary.

Special instructions:

Not recommended long-term use of the preparation on the skin of the face, because development of rosacea, perioral dermatitis and acne is possible.

The preparation should not be used in the eye area, due to the likelihood of the preparation on the mucous membrane, which may contribute to the development of cataracts, glaucoma, fungal infections of the eye and exacerbate herpes infection.

Some areas of the body, such as the armpits, inguinal folds, where there is a natural occlusion, are more susceptible to the risk of striae, therefore, the use of the preparation in these areas of the skin should be short-lived.

With the development of a fungal or bacterial infection on the skin, additional use of an antibacterial or antifungal agent is necessary.

Use in pediatrics

The preparation can be prescribed to children from 6 months with caution and for the shortest possible time. Do not use the preparation for dressings and, especially for plasticized diapers, because This increases the absorption of the preparation and increases the risk of side effects.

Influence on ability to drive motor transport and control mechanisms

Data on the adverse effects of the preparation Beloderm on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms is not available.
