Dosage

Children 7-12. years: 1 tablet every 2 days; children over 12 years of age and adults: 1 tablet a day. It should be washed down with water.

Composition

1 tablet contains: active substance: beta carotene 10 mg and auxiliary substances: lactose, magnesium stearate, povidone, corn starch, glucose syrup, vitamin E.

Action

Beta-carotene is an antioxidant, it binds atomic oxygen and other free radicals, protecting the body against their unfavorable (destructive effects, especially protecting the skin. As a provitamin, beta carotene is converted into vitamin A as the body needs).

Prevention of complications related to vitamin A deficiency, prevention in the spring and summer for people hypersensitive to sunlight, for women taking oral contraceptives and on a slimming diet, supporting skin diseases related to hypersensitivity to sunlight (erythropoietic protoporphyria), inflammations of the skin and mucous membranes, pigment disorders (vitiligo), solar urticaria, cataracts, leukoplakia, atherosclerosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, hypervitaminosis A, severe renal or hepatic failure, gastrointestinal malabsorption, diarrhea.
