Biolan Max is a sterile preparation with highly flexible properties, creating a protective layer on the surface of the cornea. Biolan Max moisturizing eye drops contain sodium hyaluronate, the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid.

Sodium hyaluronate, thanks to its physicochemical properties, creates an even, durable and long-lasting protective layer on the surface of the corneal epithelium without causing visual disturbances. Sodium hyaluronate (by stabilizing the tear film) protects, moisturizes and coats the surface of the eye, bringing long-lasting relief from symptoms of discomfort caused by: mechanical impact (using hard or soft contact lenses, some ophthalmic diagnostic procedures), environmental influences (air-conditioned rooms, wind, cold, dry air, air polluted with dust, cigarette smoke), eye strain caused by working at a computer, microscope or long-term driving.

Biolan Max eye drops do not contain preservatives and are perfectly tolerated during long-term use. Biolan Max can also be used by contact lens users.

Application

In the symptoms of discomfort caused by: mechanical impact (using hard or soft contact lenses, some ophthalmological diagnostic procedures), environmental impact (air-conditioned rooms, wind, cold, dry air, air polluted with dust, cigarette smoke), eye strain caused by working with computer, microscopy or long-term driving.

Usage method

To open the bottle before the first use, remove the safety ring by pulling the handle. Then remove the cover by pulling it upwards. In order to instill the preparation into the eyes, remove the dropper cover, point the bottle dropper downwards and instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3-5 times a day. During instillation, the bottle should be squeezed lightly so that single drops are formed and a continuous stream of the preparation is avoided from the dropper. Do not touch your eye or hands with the tip of the dropper. After instillation of the preparation, slowly close the eye so that the solution covers the entire surface of the eye. After the instillation is complete, a small drop of solution may remain at the end of the dropper. It should be removed by tapping lightly on the bottom of the bottle. Then put the dropper cap back on with gentle pressure.

Ingredients

0.15% sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, water for injections.

Important tips

Do not touch anything with the dropper tip to avoid any risk of contamination.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.

If you need to use other eye medications, wait 15 minutes before applying Biolan Max.

After opening the package for the first time, the preparation cannot be used for more than 12 months. Throw away the packaging 12 months after the first use.

Do not use in an eye showing signs of infection.

After instillation, a short-term blurring of vision may occur. During this time, you should not drive or operate machinery.

Wait until your eyesight returns to normal.
