BIOSTERON 25 MG 30 TABLETS 

The active substance in Biosteron is dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands and released into the blood. In various tissues, DHEA is converted into the active sex hormones: estrogens and androgens.

The highest concentrations of DHEA in the serum occur during adolescence (2nd and 3rd decade of life), followed by a slow decline, to approx. 10-20% in people aged 80 years.

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) deficiency.

Contraindications:

Allergy (hypersensitivity) to the active substance or to any of the other ingredients of Biosteron, breast, ovarian or other estrogen-dependent cancer, benign enlargement and cancer of the prostate, male breast cancer, severe liver failure, severe kidney failure, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
