Active substances

Licorice naked contains saponins and flavonoids and substances similar in their action to steroid hormones, which are produced by the cork layer of the adrenal glands and have an extremely strong anti-inflammatory effect. One of the flavonoids (glycyrrhizin) enhances the secretory activity of the mucous glands of the upper respiratory tract, and increases the activity of the ciliated epithelium in the trachea and bronchi. Mode of application
