Product description

The Colosan Ex dietary supplement is a combination of plant ingredients: ground flax seeds, plantain husk, apple fiber and inulin.

Application

Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.

Recommended intake

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 times a day (before breakfast and dinner) for 5 g (about 1 heaped teaspoon). The preparation should be mixed with 100 ml of cool water, and then drunk immediately with a glass of water. It is best to use 30 minutes before a meal.

Components

Ground flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) obtained by a degreasing process, maltodextrin, inulin, ground psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), apple fiber.

The daily dose (10 g) contains: ground flax seeds 3.87 g, inulin 1.2 g, apple fiber 0.48 g, plantain husk 0.56 g.
