Supplementing the diet with ingredients contained in the preparation; for children over 3 years of age and adults.

Recommended intake

The recommended dose is 4 capsules (2 x 2 capsules) a day for the first 12 weeks if you start supplementation and after a longer period of taking it in order to maintain the proper level of essential fatty acids in the body. After this period, consumption may be reduced to 1 capsule daily.

Fish oil - EPA / DHA (active ingredient), magnesium oxide - magnesium (active ingredient), beef gelatin (shell component), glycerol (humectant), borage oil (active ingredient), colloidal silica (emulsifier), zinc oxide - zinc (active substance), cyanocobalamin - vitamin B12 (active substance), pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6 (active substance), black iron oxide (dye); folic acid - vitamin B9 (active substance).
