Indications:

For the dietary management of vitamin D deficiency.

Properties:

It helps in maintaining healthy bones, teeth and the proper level of calcium in the blood. Supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. It supports the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, and is also involved in the process of cell division. The body produces vitamin D through skin synthesis, under the influence of UV radiation from the sun. In summer, however, this synthesis is limited due to the use of cosmetics with UV filters and it is recommended for elderly people and pregnant women to avoid excessive exposure to the sun. In the autumn and winter period, the synthesis of vitamin D in the skin is limited due to the reduced sun exposure. In people over 65 years of age, there is also a marked reduction in skin vitamin D synthesis.

Recommended daily intake:

It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Maintaining proper health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
