Product description

DeflaGyn® is a kit containing a 150 ml vaginal gel and 28 disposable applicators for dosing and application. In the case of an ambiguous result of cervical cytology, its task is to support remission. It helps when the results show:

• Cervical ectomy,
• ASC-US (Atypical squamous cells of undefined meaning),
• ASC-H (Atypical epithelial cells where the presence of HSIL lesions cannot be excluded),
• LSIL (Low grade changes in squamous epithelial cells),
• HSIL (High degree changes in squamous epithelial cells),
• Group PAP III, PAP IIID (according to Papanicolaou classification).

The active ingredients of the gel act on the factors that cause irritation of the cervix. They adsorb pathogens, which inhibits their spread and supports the antioxidant effect.

Application

Supporting remission with inconclusive cytology results.

Deflagyn® gel should be used in 3 cycles of 28 days each. One 150 ml set is one cycle. A break after the cycle is intended for menstruation. In the case of amenorrhoeic women, the interval between cycles should be 3 days.

Usage method

Shake the bottle well before use.

Fill the applicator with the gel.

Lie on your back, placing your pelvis on the pillow.

Insert the gel applicator deep into the vagina and slowly push the plunger.

After the entire dose has been entered, gently remove the applicator from the vagina.

Stay lying down for about 1 minute. Make sure the pelvis is elevated.

Discard the used applicator.

Some of the gel may leak out after application. Its color, possibly slightly red, will leave stains on the underwear that will disappear after washing.

Ingredients

Active substances: highly dispersed silicon dioxide, citric acid, sodium selenate.

Excipients: hydroxyethyl cellulose, water. Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product.

Concomitant use of Deflagyn® gel and products remaining in the vagina (e.g., discs, vaginal rings) may reduce their effectiveness.

Important tips

Store at temperatures up to 25 ° C.

Do not use after the expiry date.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Wait at least 2 hours after using DeflaGyn® before using vaginal medications.

The product may still be used in the event of a slightly reddish discoloration of the edges and inside of the cap. This does not affect its quality.
