Product description

Delmar is a nasal spray, which is an isotonic solution of reconstituted seawater.

For allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, the product helps to flush and remove allergens and haptenoses from the nasal mucosa, to reduce the severity of the local inflammatory process.

Delmar, when used for hygienic purposes, helps to cleanse the mucous membrane of street and room dust that has settled on it.

Properties

Isotonic sea water helps to maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa. The solution helps to liquefy mucus and normalize its production in the goblet cells of the nasal mucosa. The trace elements that make up the spray improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which, in turn, increases the resistance of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and prevents the penetration of pathogenic bacteria and viruses.

For daily hygiene of the nasal cavity.

For the prevention of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx.

With dryness of the nasal mucosa and people who are often in rooms with artificial air conditioning and / or central heating, in order to preserve the physiological characteristics of the nasal mucosa in altered microclimatic conditions.

Mode of application

For preventive purposes:

Delmar nasal spray is recommended for use in children aged 1 to 7 years 1-3 times a day, 1-2 injections into each nasal passage; in children aged 7-16 years - 2-4 times a day, 2 injections into each nasal passage; in adults - 3–6 times a day, 2–3 injections into each nasal passage.

To soften and remove nasal secretions:

In cases where significant accumulations of secretions have collected in the nasal passage, Delmar is injected into each nasal passage as much as the situation requires. If there is excess discharge, use a handkerchief or cotton swab. The procedure can be repeated many times until the accumulations of nasal secretions that have been deposited in the nasal passage are softened and removed.
