- if you are allergic to dexketoprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;

- if you are hypersensitive to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations (NSAIDs);

- If you have or have had asthma attacks in the past, severe allergic rhinitis (a short period of inflammation of the lining of the nose), nasal polyps (lumps inside the nose caused by an allergy), hives (blistering rash), angioedema (swelling of the face, eyes) , lips, tongue or respiratory distress syndrome) or wheezing after administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;

- If you have a history of hypersensitivity reactions to sunlight: photoallergic or phototoxic reactions (especially redness and / or blistering of the skin exposed to the sun) when taking ketoprofen (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparation) or fibrates (medicines used to lowering the level of lipids in the blood;

- if you have gastric ulcer and / or duodenal ulcer or bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or have a history of stomach or intestinal bleeding, ulceration or perforation;

- If you have chronic digestive problems (e.g. indigestion, heartburn);

- if you have had stomach or intestinal bleeding or perforation because of previous treatment with NSAIDs used to treat pain;

- if you have bowel disease with chronic inflammation (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis);

- if you have severe heart failure, moderate or severe kidney failure or severe liver failure;

- if you have an excessive bleeding tendency or a bleeding disorder;

- if you are severely dehydrated (have lost a lot of fluid from your body) due to vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake;

- if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding;
