Indications:

injuries of muscles and joints, such as bruises, strains and sprains and ligament inflammation; rheumatic diseases (rheumatism) such as arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Composition:

1 gram of gel contains: active substance: 100 mg of etofenamate and excipients: isopropyl alcohol, glycerol, trolamine, carbomers, purified water.

Action:

analgesic, decongestant and anti-inflammatory.

Dosage:

for topical use on the skin. For each use, approximately 2.5 to 5 cm of Difortan Gel should be used. The preparation should be spread over the entire sore area, rubbing gently. Do not use the preparation on wounds. Treatment of muscle or joint injuries such as bruises, strains and sprains and ligament inflammation: 3 to 4 applications of Difortan daily for 14 days. Treatment of rheumatic diseases (rheumatism) such as arthritis and osteoarthritis: from 3 applications of Difortan daily. Do not use Difortan for more than 14 days in the case of muscle or joint injuries or 21 days in the case of arthritis and joint pain in the course of osteoarthritis, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

Contraindications:

allergic to any components of the preparation, do not use the preparation on wounds. Difortan must not be used by pregnant women. Do not use on damaged or infected skin, including areas with wounds and eczema. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. If the area where Difortan has been applied is exposed to sunlight, photodermatosis may occur. Liver or kidney problems.
