The glucosamine contained in the composition is a mucopolysaccharide, which is part of the cartilage and connective tissue structures and forms a skeleton for collagen fibers in them. Glucosamine is also an important component of synovial fluid; participates in the production of proteoglycans, important components of connective tissue. Vitamin C allows the production of collagen, the main component of articular cartilage, responsible for its strength. Together with vitamin E, it also protects against oxidative stress (free radicals). Vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium and together with vitamin K helps maintain normal bone structure.

Application:

dietary supplementation with the active ingredients of the preparation.

Recommended intake:

1 tablet daily after a meal; the tablet can be divided. To facilitate swallowing, it is recommended to use together with a spoon of yogurt; drink enough fluid. Use at least 3 months to get the right effect. The preparation can be used for a long time.

Ingredients:

glucosamine hydrochloride (from shrimps or crabs), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bulking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone and cellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt, anti-carboxymethylcellulose salt magnesium fatty acids, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), anti-caking agent: talc, dye: titanium dioxide, anti-caking agent: fatty acids, phytomenadione (vitamin K).

1 tablet contains: glucosamine hydrochloride 1200mg, vitamin D 20mcg (400%), vitamin K 40mcg (53%), vitamin C 80mg (100%), vitamin E 3mg (25%).

Contraindications:
