Omega-3 is a combination of essential fatty acids (EFAs) found mainly in marine fish such as sardines. Omega-3 fatty acids, similar to vitamins, are not produced in the body and must be supplied with food to enable the proper functioning of the brain, eyes and heart.

Application

Dietary supplementation with Omega-3 fatty acids.

Recommended intake

1-2 capsules a day, to facilitate swallowing, it is recommended to use a spoonful of thick yogurt with a sufficient amount of liquid. It is recommended to take it just before a meal.

Components

Sea fish oil containing a total of 34% fatty acids (EPA and DHA), gelatin, humectant: glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

1 capsule contains: 1400mg of marine fish oil (including: 20% EPA 280mg, 14% DHA 195mg), vitamin E 20mg (167%) *.

2 capsules contain: 2800mg marine fish oil (including 40% EPA 280mg, 28% DHA 390mg), vitamin E 40mg (334%) *.
