Dorzoptic Combi eye drops are a clear, somewhat astringent, colorless aqueous solution that is used to treat increased intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma.

Indications for use

Increased intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma when topical use of beta-blockers alone is insufficient.

Special instructions

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The preparation is used during pregnancy.

It is not known whether dorzolamide is excreted in breast milk. Timolol is secreted in breast milk. Therefore, breastfeeding should be stopped for the period of treatment.

Children

Do not use.

The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving motor transport or other mechanisms

The study of the effect of the preparation on the ability to drive vehicles or mechanisms has not been conducted. However, given the listed adverse reactions, one should refrain from driving vehicles and mechanisms.

Storage conditions

Store in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of reach of children.

The shelf life is 3 years.

Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.

Composition

Active ingredients: dorzolamide, timolol;

1 ml 20 mg dorzolamide (as dorzolamide hydrochloride) and 5 mg timolol (as timolol maleate)

Excipients: mannitol (E 421) hydroxyethyl cellulose; sodium; sodium benzalkonium hydroxide chloride, solution 50%; water for injections.

Release form

Eye drops, solution (5 ml of the preparation in a 10 ml polyethylene dropper bottle with a cap with a guarantee ring. 1 or 3 bottles in a cardboard box).
