I am allergic and it is one of the few remedies that work so well for me. They help in the fight against troublesome runny nose and sneezing caused by dust and mites. In addition, it works quickly because the syrup works within an hour of taking it. It allows me to function normally (especially from spring to fall, although I do take it all year round). It does not cause me any side effects, I do not feel tired, as was the case with some of the remedies I took before it. It is cheap, there is no need to overpay. It is also convenient for me that I can get it in pharmacies without a prescription, I do not have to register with an allergist for a prescription (and it is known how it is now with appointments to the doctor for the national health fund). There are also good promotions for it in online pharmacies.
There is one downside to the syrup. I don't quite like the taste, they could improve it. It's a bit bland.

Availability is good, in all pharmacies and you do not need to ask a doctor for a prescription to buy it. The son is a year-round allergy sufferer and he takes the measure permanently. Of course, I consulted with his doctor and the doctor said that he saw no reason not to do so, especially since the improvement was significant. Before that, my son had, of course, tried several other remedies suggested by the allergist, but none worked as well as the duosinal. Earlier we thought about enrolling our son for desensitization, now I do not see such a need.
