Supportive in people with reduced immunity, in the case of recurrent infections of the upper respiratory tract.

The active substance of the preparaton is inosine pranobex (a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypropyl dimethyl ammonium 4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1: 3).

1 ml of syrup contains 50 mg of inosine pranobex.

5 ml of syrup (1 scoop) contains 250 mg of inosine pranobex.

The other ingredients are: methyl parahydroxybenzoate [E 218], propyl parahydroxybenzoate [E 216], sucrose, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, liquid orange flavor, purified water.

In order to measure the recommended volume, use the dosing cup included in the package:

- adults, including the elderly (over 65 years of age): the recommended daily dose is 50 mg / kg body weight per day (1 ml per 1 kg body weight per day), usually 3 g (i.e. 60 ml of syrup) per day, administered at 3 or 4 divided doses. The maximum dose is 4 g of inosine pranobex per day (i.e. 80 ml of syrup per day);

- children over 1 year of age: the usual recommended dose is 50 mg / kg body weight per day (1 ml of syrup per 1 kg body weight per day) in 3 or 4 equal divided doses throughout the day.

For people weighing:

- 10-14 kg: it is recommended to give 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- 15-20 kg: it is recommended to give 5-7.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- 21-30 kg: it is recommended to administer 7.5-10 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- 31-40 kg: it is recommended to administer 10-15 ml of syrup 3 times a day;

- 41-50 kg: it is recommended to give 15-17.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day.

Treatment usually lasts for 5 to 14 days. After the symptoms have resolved, treatment is usually continued for 1 to 2 days.

Children under the age of 1; allergy to any of the ingredients of the preparation; if you have a current gout attack.
