By increasing the activity of enzymes of the cytochrome P-450 system, it normalizes the balance of estrogens, suppresses the formation of pro-carcinogenic 16a-hydroxyestrone and contributes to a shift in the ratio of female sex hormone metabolites - estrogens in favor of the formation of 2-C-hydroestrone; prevents cell proliferation in estrogen-sensitive tissues; induces the processes of apoptosis in pathologically altered cells; neutralizes the action of growth factors that stimulate the development of tumors in hormone-dependent organs of the reproductive system; has a powerful antiviral effect against HPV, since it blocks the synthesis of pro-oncogenic protein E7 in epithelial cells infected with this virus, causes selective death of cells (apoptosis) infected with HPV, including cells that have already undergone virogenic tumor transformation.

Epigallocatechin-C-gallate is a biologically active substance of green tea extract, activates phagocytosis, stimulates the completion of phagocytosis, increases the number of phagocytic cells, has a pronounced angiostatic effect (suppresses the pathological growth of new vessels), helps to reduce the growth of neoplasms; suppresses the invasive activity of endometrial cells; inhibits the activity of COX-2 and prostaglandins. It is characterized by the ability to inhibit the growth of blood vessels in the myomatous nodes, prevents the penetration of endometrial cells into the muscular layer of the uterus, that is, it is an effective tool in the fight against adenomyosis.
