Great product, helps me a lot with my sore throat (inflammation with reflux). I use it before bedtime so that the walls of the throat and esophagus have some protection at night, I feel as if such a dressing has wrapped the inside of my throat. Only one sachet is definitely not enough, I have to use 2-3 at once to feel the effect, and the whole treatment becomes very expensive, but it's hard, at least it helps.
