Indications:

for the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with excessive accumulation of gases such as: baby colic; supportively in infant intestinal colic in infants over 1 month of age, supportive in the preparation of patients for abdominal radiographic and ultrasound examinations and gastroscopy, as a means of reducing foaming of gastrointestinal contents in poisoning with surface-active agents (detergents).

Composition:

1ml (25 drops) contains 40mg of simethicone and other components of the preparation: hydroxypropyl cellulose (hyprolose), sorbic acid, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, banana flavor no. 516060 Miltiz, glycerol monostearate, macrogol 1500 stearate, purified water.

Action:

relieves flatulence, relieves colic in infants.

Dosage:

in gastrointestinal disorders associated with excessive accumulation of gases:
- infants over 1 month of age: 1-2ml (25-50 drops) per day in 2 doses (2 times a day for 13-25 drops each) or 4 doses (4 times a day for 6-13 drops). The total daily dose of not more than 80mg simethicone; medicine should be added to a bottle with milk or given on a teaspoon before or after breast-feeding;
- children from 1 to 6 years of age: 1 ml (25 drops) 3-5 times a day; children from 6 to 14 years: 1-2ml (25-50 drops) 3-5 times a day;
- adolescents and adults: 2ml (50 drops) 3-5 times a day.

Contraindications:

in the case of allergies (hypersensitivity) to the active substance - simethicone or to any of the other excipients, infants before the first month of life.
