Indications

In the event of flatulence and an excessive amount of gas in the intestines, in the preparation of the patient for certain X-ray and ultrasound examinations.

Composition

1 capsule contains: active substance: dimethane 50 mg and auxiliary substances: colloidal anhydrous silica, gelatin, glycerol, purified water.

Action

Esputicon contains the active substance dimethicone, which is a compound with a low surface tension that changes the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract. Makes larger gas bubbles into small bubbles that are more easily absorbed. When taken orally, it soothes bloating and removes excess gas from the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage

The usual dose: 1 capsule 4 times a day after meals and at bedtime, 2 capsules if necessary 3 times a day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
