Ethifarm Sp. z o.o. was registered in 2004 and the main subject of its activity is development and implementation works as well as registration of medicinal products and dietary supplements. Since its inception, the company remains fully owned by the members of the management board.

In 2008, Ethifarm Spółka Komandytowa was registered, which had organizational and capital links with Ethifarm Sp. z o.o.

The main scope of Ethifarm's activities, including the production of medicinal products, dietary supplements and their distribution, is carried out within the limited partnership.

The key stages in the company's development are as follows:

2008 - launch of the first Rx product (Cyto-Protectin MR - modified release trimetazidine)

2010 - Ethifarm pharmaceutical wholesale begins operations

2012 - takeover of the Slow-Mag and Medargin brands from Curtis Healthcare

2013 - Ethifarm pharmaceutical plant starts operating (GMP certificate)
