Recommended intake

Adults: unless otherwise instructed, use 1 sachet 3 times a day. The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in fruit juice, water or yogurt.

1 sachet contains: 2.416 g of L-arginine hydrochloride, which corresponds to 2.0 g of L-arginine.

3 sachets contain: 7.23 g of L-arginine hydrochloride, which corresponds to 6.0 g of L-arginine.
