Indications

Treatment of cold symptoms, nasopharyngitis, flu-like conditions (runny nose and watery eyes, sneezing, headache, fever) in adults and children over 15 years of age.

Composition

Paracetamol 500mg, chlorphenamine maleate 4mg.

Action

Paracetamol and chlorphenamine maleate have an analgesic and antipyretic effect, reduce congestion, swelling of mucous membranes, thus clearing the nasal passages, inhibiting the sneezing reflex and watery eyes.

Dosage

Adults and children weighing up to 50 kg (aged 15 years) 1 tablet, i.e. 500 mg paracetamol 4 mg chlorphenamine every 4 hours. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 tablets a day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients; children under 15; related to paracetamol: severe liver failure or active decompensated liver disease; Chlorphenamine maleate related: risk of angle-closure glaucoma, risk of urinary retention related to urinary and prostate disorders.
