Indications

Known deficiency of magnesium and / or vitamin B6, symptoms of functional magnesium deficiency.

Composition

1 tablet contains: 600 mg of magnesium hydrogen aspartate (40 mg of magnesium ions) and 5 mg of vitamin B6 and excipients: potato starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch, sucrose, talc, magnesium stearate.

Action

Magnesium is an activator of many enzymes that play an important role, among others in the process of muscle contraction, the process of energy transfer and storage, and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B6 increases the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract by 20-40%.

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years of age: treatment: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times a day (maximum 6 tablets a day), prophylactically, in justified cases: 1 to 2 tablets twice a day (maximum 4 tablets a day). days). Children from 4 to 12 years of age: according to the diagnosed magnesium deficiency, age and weight of the child: 1 to 2 tablets 2 times a day (maximum 4 tablets a day).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, hypermagnesaemia, severe renal failure, atrioventricular conduction disturbances, bradycardia, myasthenia gravis.
