Product Description

Flemoxin Solutab tablets are indicated for the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the preparation:

• respiratory organs;
• organs of the genitourinary system;
• organs of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT);
• skin and soft tissues.

Composition

Active substance: amoxicillin;

1 tablet contains amoxicillin (in the form of amoxicillin trihydrate) - 125 mg, 250 mg, 500 mg, 1000 mg;

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, dispersed cellulose, crospovidone, vanillin, tangerine flavor, lemon flavor, saccharin, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the active substance, to other penicillins or to any of the excipients;
• a history of severe, immediate hypersensitivity (eg, anaphylaxis) to another beta-lactam antibiotic (eg, cephalosporin, carbapenem, or monobactam).

Mode of application

Flemoxin Solutab is intended for oral administration. Food intake does not affect the absorption of this preparation. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water, mix well until a homogeneous suspension is obtained and drink immediately.

Pregnant

Limited data on the use of amoxicillin during pregnancy in humans do not indicate an increased risk of congenital disorders. Amoxicillin can be used during pregnancy if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risks of treatment.

Children

Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data show that the use of three times a day is more effective than twice a day (recommended if the doses are the upper limit of the recommended doses).

Children weighing more than 40 kg should use the doses recommended for adults.

Drivers

Overdose

Side effects

The most commonly reported adverse reactions are diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.

Interaction

With the simultaneous use of allopurinol and amoxicillin, the risk of skin allergic reactions increases.

Penicillins can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, which can lead to an increase in the toxicity of the latter.
