Folic acid

During breastfeeding, newborns receive nutrients primarily from breast milk, so Folio® or Folio® + D3 should be taken before the end of the lactation period.

Method of administration and dosage

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food and water. Do not exceed the indicated recommended daily dose.
