I have been using for several years. Good when someone jumps up once in a while, eg. After the end of pharmacotherapy for acne as such a point gel. As long as it lies (over a year) it ceases to be effective, so please do not be discouraged and buy a new one. It is inexpensive and when used correctly (wash the area before applying) it is effective. Best for changes deep in the skin (you can't see them, it hurts, you can feel a bulge on the skin), because they really sit for a long time and you can't do anything with them, they disappear after about 2 days when using twice a day, sometimes it happens that it will disappear after a few hours, but I don't know what it depends on.
