Structure

• paracetamol - 500 mg;
• caffeine - 30 mg;
• phenylephrine hydrochloride - 10 mg;
• chlorpheniramine maleate - 2 mg;
• dextromethorphan hydrobromide - 10 mg.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to preparation components, other xanthine derivatives (theophylline, theobromine);
• decompensated heart failure, ventricular tachycardia, acute myocardial infarction, impaired cardiac conduction, severe coronary heart disease, severe arterial hypertension, severe atherosclerosis, peripheral arterial thrombosis;
• pheochromocytoma;
• bronchial asthma, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; the risk of developing respiratory failure;
• stenosing ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, pyloroduodenal obstruction;
• severe liver and kidney dysfunction, acute pancreatitis, hepatitis;
• adenoma of the prostate gland with difficulty urinating, obstruction of the bladder neck;
• blood diseases (including severe anemia, leukopenia);
• deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, congenital hyperbilirubinemia;
• epilepsy, hyperexcitability, sleep disturbance;
• hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, alcoholism;
• old age (from 60 years old);
• glaucoma;
• simultaneous use with tricyclic antidepressants, ß-blockers, serotonin reuptake inhibitors; application simultaneously with MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks after the termination of their use.
