Hydratonic fast is a dietary supplement in the form of effervescent tablets, which contains electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium), additionally supplemented with glucose and vitamin C. The liquid form of the product ensures faster absorption of the ingredients. Magnesium is an element involved in many metabolic processes. It helps to maintain electrolyte balance. Like vitamin C, magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to maintaining proper energy metabolism. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system, in the proper functioning of muscles, and calcium in maintaining proper nerve transmission.

Supplementing the diet with the active ingredients of the product.

2-3 tablets. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water.

Acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium bicarbonate, glucose, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid; bulking agent: sorbitols; aromas, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, stabilizer: polyethylene glycol; L-ascorbic acid: vitamin C, sweeteners: cyclamates, acesulfame K, sucralose; dye: carotenes.

 2 tablets contain: sodium 552 mg; potassium 300 mg (15% *); calcium 120 mg (15% *); magnesium 112.6 mg (30% *); vitamin C 80 mg (100% *).

3 tablets contain: sodium 828 mg; potassium 450 mg (22.5% *); calcium 180 mg (22.5% *); magnesium 168.8 mg (45% *); vitamin C 120 mg (150% *).
