Inoseda syrup is indicated for herpes infections and other viral diseases with confirmed disorders of the immune system.

active substance: inosine pranobex;

5 ml of syrup contains inosine pranobex 250 mg;

excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), sodium saccharin, sucrose, glycerin, ethanol 96%, Blueberry flavor, vanillin, purified water.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance and / or any excipient of the preparation.

The medicinal product is intended for oral administration.

Despite the absence of teratogenic effects in animals, in the first trimester of pregnancy, the use of the preparation is possible only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

The preparation can be used in children over the age of 1 year.

Inosine does not affect the reaction rate when driving or driving other mechanisms.

Overdose cases were not observed. The half-lethal dose (LD50) exceeds the therapeutic dose of inosine by more than 40 times.

The only persistent adverse reaction in the treatment of inosine is a temporary increase in the level of uric acid in the blood plasma and urine, which returns to the original normal values ​​a few days after the end of treatment.

The preparation should not be used concurrently with corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, cytostatics, anti-lymphocytic immunoglobulins (due to a negative effect on the pharmacological activity of inosine).

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Best before date. 3 years.

After opening the bottle, the preparation can be used within 6 months.
