Product description

Irigasin is a medical device designed to prepare a solution for rinsing the nose and sinuses. The set includes 12 sachets that allow you to prepare an isotonic or hypertonic solution and a soft bottle that acts as an irrigator.

The isotonic solution cleans the nasal cavity of residual secretions, bacteria, viruses and allergens, while caring for the nose and sinuses. It also has a moisturizing effect on the nasal mucosa, caused by long-term use of preparations or as a result of staying in air-conditioned rooms. It is recommended for use in the case of sinusitis, infections, allergies, before and after surgical procedures, in the case of exposure to high concentrations of dust in the air and prophylactically.

The hypertonic solution contains a higher concentration of the active substance and therefore, due to its osmotic properties, it reduces mucosal swelling. Its use is recommended in the case of rhinitis and sinusitis.

The Irigasin sinus irrigation set can be used by adults and children over 4 years of age.

Application

The isotonic solution is intended for the maintenance of proper nasal hygiene and in the case of sinusitis, rhinitis, before and after surgery, after exposure to high concentrations of dust in the air.

Hypertonic solution is recommended for use in the case of nasal swelling that accompanies rhinitis during infections or allergies, as well as sinusitis.

Usage method

Adults and children over 4 years of age:

• Rinse the nose and sinuses 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor.
• Children may only use the product under the supervision of an adult.
• Before using the product on children under 4 years of age, consult a doctor.
• To prepare an isotonic solution, pour 1 sachet of powder into the bottle, and then fill it up to the marked line (240 ml) with boiled, cooled water.
• In order to prepare a hypertonic solution, pour 2 sachets of powder into the bottle and then fill it up to the marked line (240 ml) with boiled, cooled water.

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride.
• Do not use in cases of complete blockage of the nose, preventing the escape of the solution.
• Do not use in case of infection or the feeling of ear blockage.
• If you have had ear surgery, consult your doctor before use.
• Do not use later than one hour before bedtime.
