Active substances

L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is a natural relaxant. It has an antidepressant effect by replenishing serotonin deficiency. Serotonin, in turn, contributing to an increase in melatonin, eliminates superficial and ensures deep sleep. Reducing food cravings, especially carbohydrates, allows you to effectively control the centers of food pleasure, accelerates the feeling of satiety, which leads to weight loss and prevents the development of obesity.

Magnesium regulates the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction, reduces the excitability of nerve cells.

Valerian eliminates the excitability of the nervous system, normalizes sleep. Regulates cardiac activity - slows down the rhythm of the heart, slightly dilates the coronary vessels.
