Pharmacodynamics. Kratal for children exhibits a mild cardiotonic, antianginal, coronary arrhythmic, antiarrhythmic, antihypoxic, antiplatelet, adaptogenic, energotropic effect. improves blood supply and functional state of the myocardium, increases coronary reserve, improves contractile and pumping functions of the heart muscle, moderately reduces elevated blood pressure and normalizes heart rate.

Kratal for children increases physical performance, improves mood, has a calming effect.

The preparation  has an inhibitory effect on the renin-angiotensin and kallikrein-kinin systems, LPO processes, has a positive effect on the production of cAMP, helps to correct endothelial dysfunction and microcirculation disorders in organs.

Pharmacokinetics. Have not studied.

With autonomic disorders (neurocirculatory and vascular, such as fatigue, emotional lability, sleep disturbances, headache, dizziness).

For children aged 6-11 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day; in children aged 12-18 years - 2 tablets 3 times a day.

The preparation is taken orally before meals with plenty of water. The course of treatment is 1 month. If necessary, a second course of treatment is possible. The frequency of repeated courses of treatment is prescribed by the doctor individually for each child.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. severe bradycardia and arterial hypotension.

Possible manifestations of hypersensitivity, allergic reactions (hyperemia, rash, itching, swelling, urticaria), dyspeptic symptoms, general weakness, increased fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness, arterial hypotension, bradycardia. in case of any undesirable effects, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Children. There is no information on the use of the preparation in children under 6 years of age.

It potentiates the antianginal effects of nitrates, β-adrenergic receptor blockers, calcium antagonists, antihypoxants, neuroprotectors, cardiac glycosides. reduces the severity of manifestations of digitalis intoxication. the preparation should not be used in combination with class III antiarrhythmic preparations, as well as cisapride.

Symptoms: hypersensitivity reactions, allergic reactions, arterial hypotension, bradycardia, dyspeptic reactions, general weakness, fatigue, dizziness, drowsiness.

Treatment: preparation withdrawal and symptomatic therapy.
