Lactomun is a combined microbial preparation that contains a highly effective combination of live bacteria: Lactococcus lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis.

Active substances

Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria of the preparation maintain and regulate the physiological balance of the intestinal microflora, promote rapid colonization by commensal bacteria and at the same time prevent the colonization and growth of pathogenic bacteria. The intestinal barrier is strengthened by probiotics due to several mechanisms of action, including by restoring the structure of the impermeable protein membrane, stimulates the regulation of mucin genes and the secretion of defensins. The immunostimulating properties of the probiotic bacteria of the preparation are carried out due to their ability to reduce the reactivity of type 2 T-helpers while increasing the reactivity of type 1 T-helpers and T-suppressors, which is especially important for strengthening immunity and preventing the development of allergies in pregnant women and newborns. Probiotic bacteria, which are part of the preparation, are a normal part of the natural intestinal microflora and are found in the digestive tract of a newborn. These bacteria are of great biochemical importance for the human body:

• fermentation of lactose changes the pH factor to the acidic side, the acidic environment inhibits the growth of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria and ensures the optimal action of digestive enzymes;
• take part in the synthesis of B vitamins, vitamin K, ascorbic acid, thereby increasing the body's resistance to the action of unfavorable environmental factors;
• take part in the metabolism of bile pigments and bile acids;
• synthesize substances with antibacterial activity;
• increase the body's immune reactivity.

Recommendations for use

Lactomun is a source of probiotic lacto- and bifidobacteria. Recommended for pregnant women with allergic diseases (food allergies, eczema, asthma, skin-allergic diseases or allergic rhinitis), as well as in the case when the father of the unborn child has a history of allergic diseases; adults and children from the first days of life who have allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, diathesis, urticaria, food allergies); adults and children with intestinal dysbiosis; children to maintain immunity and with lactase deficiency, pregnant women living in unfavorable environmental conditions, in case of violation of the diet, the presence of chronic diseases, with antibiotic therapy, with functional disorders of digestion (including constipation); premature babies; Infants who are bottle-fed and who are born by caesarean section.

Composition

1 sachet contains active ingredients - a highly effective combination of live probiotic bacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactococcus lactis) - at least 1x109 CFU / g.

Excipients: rice starch, maltodextrin.

Nutritional (food) value per 100 g: proteins - 3.0 g; carbohydrates - 95.0 g; fats - no more than 1.0 g.

Energy value (caloric content) per 100 g - 401 kcal (1678 kJ).

Mode of application

Recommended dosage:

• for infants (children from birth to one year old) - 1.5 g each, or the doctor determines the daily dose individually;
• for adults and young children (children from 1 to 3 years old) and older - 1.5-3.0 g per day.

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 10-50 ml of boiled drinking water or milk at room temperature, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous suspension is formed, and stand for about 10 minutes.

The duration of use is set individually.
