Product description

Lipomal is a medicine in the form of a syrup containing dry extract of linden inflorescence, which is traditionally used as a mild diaphoretic in fever and as an aid in colds, throat inflammations and coughs.

Indications

Lipomal is intended for use in:

• in feverish conditions,
• helpful in colds, pharyngitis, cough.

Composition

5 ml of syrup contains:

• active substances: 97.089 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Tilia cordata Miller, Tilia platyphyllos Scop., Tilia vulgaris Heyne or their mixtures, inflorescentia (linden inflorescence) (6-7: 1), including 85% native extract,
• extraction solvent ethanol 40% V / V,
• the other ingredients are: maltodextrin, sucrose, sodium benzoate (E211), citric acid, xanthan gum, raspberry flavor AR0320, purified water.

Action

As a mild diaphoretic in feverish conditions.

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

Children over 1 to 3 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup 2-3 times a day.

Children from 3 to 12 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup 4-5 times a day.

Adolescents over 12 years of age and adults: 1 tablespoon (10 ml) of syrup 3-4 times a day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Storage

Keep the preparation out of the sight and reach of children.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.

Warnings and Precautions

If the fever persists after 3 days or exceeds 39 ° C, you should contact your doctor.

Consult a physician in the event of dyspnoea or purulent discharge.
