Litorsal is a dietary supplement containing sodium, potassium and additionally vitamin C and glucose. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions help maintain endurance during prolonged endurance exercise. Additionally, they also increase water absorption during exercise. The potassium contained in the product helps in the proper functioning of the muscles and in maintaining proper blood pressure. Vitamin C, on the other hand, supports the maintenance of proper energy metabolism, helps protect cells against oxidative stress, while contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended intake

Adults: 1 effervescent tablet 3 times a day,

The tablet should be dissolved in 200 ml of water and drunk.

Ingredients

Acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium carbonates, glucose, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, bulking agent: sorbitols, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavors: peppermint (containing lactose derived from milk) and lemon, sweeteners: cyclamates, aspartame and acesulfame K, dye: riboflavin.

In addition, vitamin B6 helps to maintain normal psychological functions and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and weariness.
