Indications

In osteoarticular and muscle pains in the course of rheumatoid and degenerative joint diseases. Used: in the short-term treatment of exacerbations of symptoms of rheumatoid diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

Composition

1 tablet contains:

7.5 mg meloxicam. The other ingredients (excipients) are: betadex, raspberry flavor SD0621M, strawberry flavor SD 1634, vanilla flavor SD1333, sodium citrate anhydrous, aspartame (E 951), Pearlitol Flash (d-mannitol, corn starch, purified water), Ludiflash (acetate polyvinyl, povidone K30, crospovidone (type B), d-mannitol, purified water), crospovidone (type B), sodium stearyl fumarate, potassium acesulfame (E950).

Action

Anti-inflammatory and analgesic.

Dosage

1 tablet for 24 hours.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients or substances with a similar effect, e.g. non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), acetylsalicylic acid; Meloxicam should not be used in patients with asthma symptoms, nasal polyps, angioedema and urticaria following administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; in the third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding; in children and adolescents under 15 years of age; History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, causally related to previous NSAID therapy; active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease and / or history of bleeding (two or more separate episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding); severe liver dysfunction; severe renal failure in patients not undergoing dialysis; gastrointestinal bleeding, bleeding in the brain, or other bleeding disorders with a history of bleeding; severe heart failure.
